This cabled and ribbed hat is knit flat, partially sewn up at the crown and then laced up on the side like a corset. This hat will add a touch of whimsy to whatever you choose to wear it with.

To make this hat you will need about 150 to 190 yards of Worsted weight yarn. You will also need a tapestry needle to sew the top part of the hat with and some yarn, cord or ribbon to lace the hat up with in the final step.

Hat fits most Adult head sizes from 21" to 23" and the size can be adjusted according to how loose or tight it is laced up.
